Maverick is a 70 foot Sunreef catamaran.  This modern striking catamaran encompases everything needed for an EPIC charter.  The giant fly bridge and spacious upper deck offer areas to enjoy the Caribbean sun and shade.  The interior of the yacht is welcoming bright and comfortable.  Maverick has the latest technology, the finest linens and Schramm mattresses.  Maverick can accommodate 9-11 guests in various cabin configurations.  Maverick’s crew is led by Captain Nicholas Bunting.  Nicholas has vast experience on the sea and is also a PADI Divemaster.  Stewardess Monique Schoon will make guests feel welcome and comfortable.  She is detail oriented and is exceptional at attending to the guests needs.  She has been in the yachting industry for the past 6 years and has a passion for service.  Chef Sarah Ehrlich is a professional & experienced yacht chef.  This yacht and crew will give you the EPIC crewed yacht vacation you are looking for.

My recent week aboard Maverick far exceeded my every expectation. I had high hopes for a unique adventure, however I never could have imagined the experience provided by Pat and his absolutely outstanding crew. Each exceeded any level of professional I have experienced. Our every need was anticipated in advance of our asking. Every request accommodate...and then some ! The food was some of the finest I have ever enjoyed. Eta is a joy. She made each hour of each day a memory to never forget. As for Pat, I could write pages of positive commentary. Pat is an outstanding Captain. His concern for the safety of the yacht and the passengers was always evident. His skills are reflective of someone far older. He insured that everyday was filled with an array of options for our choosing. Nothing was an imposition and every request granted with a smile and a pleasant attitude.

Having acquired rich experience on both sailing and motor yachts, He is a highly qualified Captain who will provide guests with an unforgettable sailing experience while ensuring their safety and onboard comfort. An avid PADI certified Dive Master and enthusiasts of a variety of water sports, Nicholas will be thrilled to accommodate guests’ individual preferences in regards to water activities.

His good-natured spirit and can-do attitude put guests at ease while his professionalism and ability to command a variety of situations instil confidence. Always striving to deliver the highest level of service to guests, Nicholas will be happy to whisk them off to the most picturesque hidden coves and enticing attractions during their five star sailing gateway onboard MAVERICK.


Sarah is a highly dedicated professional chef offering an impressive culinary choice of menus, ranging from the French, Mediterranean, German, Italian to Asian, Caribbean and American cousines. She is also experienced in catering for gluten-free and vegan guests and will be happy to adapt the charter menu to any individual preferences.

Being highly skilled in cocktail preparation and floral and table arrangement, Sarah pays great attention to every stage of preparation and serving of meals, which is highly appreciated by even the most demanding guests. Her culinary masterpieces will surely delight with their original flavours which will serve as a perfect addition to a memorable charter experience on MAVERICK


Extremely detail-oriented and exceptional at attending to guests’ needs with the greatest of care, Monique is an outstanding stewardess. Her greatest passions include sailing and diving, especially drift, wreck and night diving.

A part of the yachting industry for the past 6 years, Monique delights in traveling the world and meeting new people. She is enthusiastic, easy-going, and has the talent to make guests feel at their most comfortable. Delivering the top-notch service with a smile, Monique is committed to ensuring that every moment spend onboard MAVERICK is pure perfection.
