  Captain Hrvoje Milicevic brings over two decades of maritime expertise to the helm of Hydrotherapy, offering guests a smooth, safe, and unforgettable sailing experience. With a career spanning more than 20 years in the yachting industry, Hrvoje is a licensed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (200GT) and Yachtmaster Category A (up to 100GT), with extensive knowledge of both offshore navigation and luxury crewed charters.

  Originally from Makarska, Croatia, Hrvoje has sailed thousands of nautical miles across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic, including multiple transatlantic crossings and long-distance yacht deliveries. He has worked with top-tier charter companies and captained a wide range of yachts, but his passion and professionalism are now dedicated to one vessel: Hydrotherapy, a beautifully appointed Bali 5.4 catamaran.

  With a calm and confident presence, Hrvoje ensures every guest aboard Hydrotherapy feels welcome, safe, and well cared for. His skills include expert vessel handling, route planning, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and hands-on maintenance—all of which contribute to the yacht’s exceptional performance and presentation.

  Fluent in English and Croatian, and conversational in Italian, Hrvoje offers warm hospitality with clear communication. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a mix of both, he’ll guide you to the best hidden coves, snorkel spots, and anchorages that the islands have to offer.

  CHEF/MATE ANDELA

  With over 15 years in luxury hospitality and tourism, Andela Panzic brings warmth, professionalism, and refined service to every guest experience aboard Hydrotherapy. As your dedicated chef and hostess, she combines her deep culinary passion with a sharp eye for detail and a heart for hospitality—ensuring each moment on board is not just relaxing, but memorable.

  Andela’s background includes managing upscale villas, working as a travel agency sales manager, and most recently, serving on crewed charters aboard high-end catamarans such as the Bali 5.4, Lagoon 620, and Ipanema 58. Her culinary training at A La Chef Cooking School, Croatia, and certification in Food Safety and Hygiene for Galley Staff ensure every meal is beautifully crafted and prepared to the highest standards.

  Fluent in English, Italian, and Croatian, Andela brings a vibrant, multicultural charm to her service. Guests aboard Hydrotherapy can expect beautifully plated, fresh Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, thoughtful presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere from the first greeting to the final farewell.

  We loved our BVI adventures but the best part was coming "home" to Hydrotherapy everyday. You made our family trip incredible! The snorkeling, water sports, sailing and food was all amazing. We know how hard you worked to make everything perfect for our time. We especially loved getting to know you both. Cheers to new friend and adventures.

  Wonderful

  Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. We all enjoyed the week very much! Although we had a couple of rainy days you managed to make this vacation one we'll never forget.
  
  Chef, thank you for the delicious food (mentioning our favorites: mahi, mahi, spicy noodles, hamburgers, sausage with couscous and BBQ pork) also for being so cozy, welcoming and nice with all of us.   What can the Kanzler's say but wow!! Thank you so much for giving our family one of the most memorable, adventurous and fun-filled weeks together. Chef, thank you for the 10 pounds we will need to work off when we get home - everything was so delicious and worth every bite!!   Five Star

  I’ll soon be writing a complete review but with zero hesitation I’d recommend Hydrotherapy. We stayed at Scrub Island in a gorgeous villa with the other couple and then literally walked onto our charter from the Villa. We’re fortunate to experience global travel at a Ten Dot, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons level of quality and service and we can say with zero hesitation this was the best trip we’ve ever done.   Amazing Week On Beautiful Hydrotherapy!

  Wow, What an amazing week on the beautiful Hydrotherapy!! Every moment was amazing! From snorkeling to paddle boarding, hikes, jumping off the boat, swimming, visiting different islands, tubing all of it was incredible.
  The food was phenomenal some of the best food we have ever had!! The chef  is an amazing chef!! And the captain is an amazing Captain!! Being with the two of you and our family for a week was so much fun and truly an experience we will never forget! Thank you for making every moment so special!! The sunsets our favorites we have ever seen!!
  Gresham's Birthday was extra special thank you for that! These were such amazing moments! The boat is incredible and beautiful and the crew kept it tidy and clean. Such a fun New Years together too! Thank you and we look forward for more adventures to come together! Thank you truly from the bottom of our hearts!

  Great Trip

  This crew are a really good balance for working on a yacht. They can be very fun but at the same time stay very professional and make you feel comfortable at any time: if it's sailing, cooking meals, having fun on the water, doing watersports and more.Their passion for being on water is strongly noticeable.
  They always take care of every one on-board and making sure that each day goes by with fun activities, adventure and visiting beautiful locations.

  Captain was AWESOME! We couldn’t have been luckier or happier. The energy and love for life was infectious, and personality fitted perfectly within group. A great passion for sailing, and it showed during our sails. We loved sailing and learning. We also ran into a handful of issues with the yacht throughout the week as it was new, and captain was quick to address them! Would love to have this captain again! Top notch skipper!!!
