Reverie is a floating “four seasons”, but what was way beyond my expectations is the three of you. Thoroughly enjoyed how you work as a team, your warmth, kindness and humor. The drinks & smiles always brightened our days. The chef's culinary talents are amazing. Every dish was a pleasure to watch you display your skills and share your knowledge and life stories. We had an incredible experience aboard Tru North in the BVI.
The Captain was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He always made sure we knew how the day was planned and never minded repeating things to keep everyone on the same page, which we really appreciated. We always felt safe and well taken care of.
The Chef truly exceeded my expectations. Every meal was exceptional — easily some of the best food we’ve had in the Caribbean. She even went the extra mile to accommodate preferences, making sure my meals were exactly how I like them (no vegetables), which really showed her attention to detail and care for guests.
The Deckhand was fantastic as well, handling everything from deckhand duties to housekeeping and drinks. He kept everything running smoothly at all times — and made sure the drinks kept coming one after the other. His service, energy, and attention to detail really stood out.
The yacht itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.
Overall, this was a first-class experience and one we would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a charter in the BVI.

The entire experience from the preference sheet review call, the trip, the communications until after the trip has been exceptional. The entire crew delivered beyond 100% customer service. They took such wonderful care of all of us, their amazing hospitality will always be cherished. The chef's skills in the kitchen were absolutely phenomenal, the food was so fresh and she went out of her way to cater to the dietary needs. We were blown away by every meal. The presentation was so fun, it was a team effort, we looked forward to every meal. The captain is an expert, he taught us so much, he catered to us in the water, keeping us safe, he's full of humor and also deserves recognition for his outstanding captain skills, he was so accommodating. The team all worked seamlessly together throughout the kitchen, cleaning, serving us, steering the boat, anchoring, etc. And lastly the newest addition yet you would never know, our stewardess, she was so sweet and took wonderful care of us, we all assumed she had been in her role for years. She was so attentive. We loved all three in no time, we called them the dream team. The boat was beautiful, clean, with so much space, we never felt crowded. We enjoyed many of the water toys as well. We will definitely plan another trip, the bar is set high now that we have spent time with the crew on the Do More.
