Your Crew

Bradley, from Ormond by the Sea, Florida, lives and breathes the ocean. Since 18, his life has been about boats, surfing, free diving, and spearfishing. His love for the sea took him on journeys from Canada’s landscapes to the warm waves of the Dominican Republic, the serene Bahamas, and the vibrant Florida Keys. As a yacht captain, Bradley employs his vast nautical knowledge and skills to navigate the seas safely. His passion for water sports drives him to create memorable moments for guests, guiding them through clear depths for diving adventures or leading thrilling surf sessions. Bradley’s love for the ocean not only shapes his life but also enriches those around him, building appreciation for the maritime world.

Captain Scott’s journey began in St. Louis, Missouri, where a job as a marine mechanic at Lake of the Ozarks sparked his passion for the sea. Craving bigger adventures, he entered the yachting world in 2014, steering an 82’ Princess. Scott’s career is marked by his love for travel, connecting with diverse guests, and his adaptability which ensures every charter is a triumph. His voyages through the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean satisfy his thirst for exploring magazine-worthy destinations. The highlight of his career? Working alongside his best friend, who is now his life partner. When not charting courses, Scott unwinds by diving, fishing, and boating, always surrounded by family.

Bryon’s journey started in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia. At SUNY Maritime College, his passion for the ocean deepened, earning the title “Rookie of the Year” with the Rehoboth Beach Patrol and training with Navy SEAL hopefuls—experiences that taught him resilience and how to tackle challenges. His maritime adventure continued in Fort Lauderdale, where he mastered yacht engineering, and safety protocols, and became an expert tender driver.

Now, Bryon creates memorable yachting experiences, blending his love for free diving, fishing, and surfing. His highlight? Sharing encounters with the vivid marine life of the Bahamas. Dive into the adventure, embraced by safety, and marvel at the underwater world alongside Bryon.

From engineering to the high seas, Anna’s journey is anything but ordinary. With her roots in Salem, Massachusetts, and a UMass Amherst Civil and Environmental Engineering degree in hand, she left her role as an Environmental Engineer for the adventure of the oceans. Swapping safety gear for beach essentials, Anna has thrived as a solo stewardess on a busy 116’ charter yacht, an expert reservoir of skills. Her forte lies in conjuring joy for guests, from navigating breathtaking locales to sharing a laugh. Beyond her nautical accomplishments, Anna’s adventure to an untouched Alaskan mountain under the stars marks a highlight. Whether it’s skiing, hiking, or crafting, her passions ashore are as diverse as her voyages.

In 2009, LeeAnn moved to St John and started her journey in the restaurant and bar industry. Her passion for sailing led her to work on sailboats and eventually catamarans, where she discovered a love for galley work. Her dedication took her to Ashburton Cookery School and then to New England Culinary School, earning her degree in 2015. Post-graduation, LeeAnn apprenticed in Charleston, SC restaurants but the sea called her back.

LeeAnn excels at blending classic dishes with innovative twists, combining different culinary traditions like French and Asian, or Mediterranean and Middle Eastern. She prioritizes customizing menus based on guests’ dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a taste of the regional flavors of the islands they visit.

Cooking on charter, LeeAnn thrives in the dynamic, high-energy environment, finding joy in enhancing guests’ vacation experiences with delicious meals that bring people together, sparking laughter, conversation, and lasting memories.
