  Adam believes the heart of any great charter lies in the memories you create. Whether he’s guiding you through hidden turquoise anchorages, organizing a beach day filled with laughter and exploration, or serving one of his signature cocktails at sunset, Adam always adds that extra spark. While he occasionally flexes his culinary creativity alongside talented onboard chefs, his true flair emerges behind the bar, crafting everything from refreshing daytime spritzes and tropical rum punches to bold evening cocktails designed to complement the gentle island breeze.

  Backed by a strong history in luxury charters, extensive refits, and hands-on engineering, Adam expertly blends technical excellence with genuine hospitality. His leadership style fosters a positive and professional crew dynamic, ensuring that guests feel safe, relaxed, and thoroughly spoiled from start to finish.   CHEF JESSI

  Jessi was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. Despite the distance, Jessi has always loved the ocean! Her family spent most holidays in Knysna, a picturesque coastal town, perfect for sailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and fishing, Jessi learned how to drive boats at a very young age, and she received her PADI Junior Open Water certification at the age of 12, dreaming of one day becoming a Dive Instructor and traveling around the world.
  In 2005, Jessi and her family relocated to Cape Town, South Africa, and put their Scuba Diving dreams on hold to pursue another passion: design. Jessi earned a BA in Creative Brand Communication and Marketing, but despite building a successful career as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager in Cape Town, the ocean was calling.
  In 2015, Jessi became a Dive Instructor and relocated to the Seychelles, where she was introduced to the Yachting Industry. Since then, Jessi has worked on various-sized Superyachts, motor yachts, and sailing vessels, taking on multiple roles, as a Deckhand, Dive Instructor, Stewardess, and Chef, gaining invaluable experience in every department. Jessi’s passion for cooking has always been a significant part of her life. While traveling, she eagerly participates in cooking classes to taste the local cuisine and learn new cooking techniques. She is always looking for ways to elevate her guests’ culinary experience onboard, while making sure to prepare fresh and flavorful dishes, often saying, “It’s paradise on a plate.”

  Fun and Relaxing Spring Break Vacation

  Thank you for the BEST vacation! The food was incredible and every day was a different adventure. We had so much fun while getting to see an incredible amount within the BVI. The biggest shout out to Chef for convincing our picky eater to try everything and love so much of the food. You have put together everything so effortlessly to accommodate my special diet. You two have a great dynamic and we cannot imagine chartering a boat with anyone else. We wish we could have stayed a month as it was so much fun and relaxing. Thanks again for putting such thought and effort into our spring break!

  What a restful trip! We're not sure what will last longer, the memories or the absolute exhaustion from so much fun during this week. Hopefully the former! Thank you so much for a phenomenal trip, you guys really were the cherry on top of a magical experience.   Thank you for taking care of us during our beautiful stay on Ohana. If anyone is looking for the ultimate Caribbean charter, Ohana is the way to go. Captain makes sure every part of the trip is smooth, fun, and packed with adventure. And Chef? Absolute legend. Every meal was top-tier—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want after a day on the water. From the laid-back island vibes of Anegada to epic sunset cruises and legendary stops at Jost Van Dyke, Ohana delivers. Walking the beaches of Anegada felt like stepping into a postcard, with crystal-clear water and powdery sand. Unbeatable views, great drinks, and that perfect end-of-day chill. The crew really makes the trip special, Captain and Chef make it more than just a trip—it’s an experience you won’t forget. Can’t wait to book again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Highly recommend.

  Most Relaxing Trip

  This is hands down the most relaxing Caribbean trip we have had as a family. Honestly, I was a bit anxious before the trip, worrying that the girls would be bored. But you guys totally blew our expectations out of the water – from the excursions you organized, to the cocktail drinks you catered to our preference and the Michelin level meals you prepared. We can tell the thought and care you put into getting ready for the charter and the effort to make every group feel welcome/comfortable. We cannot recommend you guys enough! Once again, a heartfelt appreciation for making this a memorable trip.

  Wonderful

  Everything was wonderful on the trip. It was definitely our favorite one so far and the crew was a 10/10. They are very down to earth people and easy to get along with. Captain has an immense amount of knowledge about the area and the waters. For sure the most confident captain we have had. Chefs food was impeccable, always checking in to make sure we liked it and if we needed more. Every meal was unique and there was never a bad one.
  I think all of us would agree that experiencing Necker Island was the best part of the trip. It started off as a joke to go to the island because my sister is a huge fan of Tarte makeup and they were having one of their influencer trips there during our trip. Captain said he actually had a contact for island tours and was able to get us on in 2 days. What started out as a joke with my sister turned out to be the coolest part of our trip. Definitely a surreal experience since I grew up hearing about that island for the last 20 years. Anegada was also a new experience for us, so that was a fun day. We rented Mokes for the day and bounced around the island and different beach bars. Soggy Dollar is also always a classic.

  Simply The Best

  Thank you so much for an absolutely amazing trip. Your attention to detail, knowledge, care, kindness and humor are unmatched – you are simply the best. You really felt like an extension of our family during this trip. We loved adventuring on all the different islands with you guys, enjoying all the amazing food, and the incredible amount of laughs. It should be an easy choice to take a trip with Ohana again. We have been on four different charters in the BVI and this has been our favorite by far!

  Quality Family Time

  Thank you so much for an amazing trip!! We don’t want to leave. We loved learning about and exploring the islands. The beautiful water and scenery will hold a special place in our hearts. The Quality family time on the boat was so special for us. The Kids loved Bitter End and Soggy Dollar. They are already talking about their next visit. None of this would be as memorable without the two of you. You make Ohana special. Wonderful meals, excellent captaining, delicious cocktails and unmatched hospitality. The boat is beautiful but it is just a boat without its talented chef and charming captain. Thank you making unforgettable memories for us.

  We had the most amazing experience aboard Ohana, a beautiful 60-ft catamaran, in December! The crew was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was unforgettable. The captain was not only knowledgeable but also a fantastic guide, taking us to over 9 stunning islands and leading us in many exciting water activities. The chef, blew us away with her culinary skills—every meal was a masterpiece! Ohana itself was spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our group of six with room to spare. We were also lucky to have perfect weather, which made the experience even more magical. From the impeccable service to the breathtaking scenery, this charter exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely Great

  It was absolutely great, the crew in particular was fantastic - exactly our thing! The boat was just right. We could have easily stayed 2-4 days longer and would have preferred to skip our hotel vacation that follows.
