SEVEN is a luxurious 59 ft Voyage sailing catamaran
Experience luxury, adventure, and BVI bliss aboard SEVEN, a 2023 Voyage 590 sailing catamaran. She is a new yacht and new to the private charter fleet. With five equal queen cabins for up to 10 guests and four distinctive living and dining spaces, your group will have ample room on board to enjoy your time together or special quiet moments for two.
The open salon/galley features a 360° view, with a sliding door and windows that open to the cockpit dining area. It has a huge table and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy delicious and memorable meals prepared by our Chef. The covered flybridge upper deck is a great place to take in the view, enjoy drinks and snacks, or take an afternoon snooze. The foredeck has sun loungers and space for a morning workout or yoga. A shade awning on the foredeck is also available.
SEVEN’s three-member crew of Captain, Chef, and Stewardess provides luxury service, meals, cocktails, and most importantly – lots of fun experiences! SEVEN is equipped for onboard SCUBA diving, led by Captain James, a PADI-certified dive instructor. Plenty of water toys are available, and the fishermen onboard can try for a big catch while on passage. If they are successful, Chef Koko will prepare an amazing fresh fish meal, but even if the “big one” gets away, guests will dine in luxury, with menus he creates tailored to guest preferences. Stewardess Elisha keeps the cabins tidy and attends to guests’ needs, but her real passion is mixology and creating show-stopper cocktails! She also uses her artistic flair to present beautiful tablescapes — meals are both a visual and culinary delight.

CAPTAIN JAMES
Captain James was raised on sailing among Canada’s freshwater lakes. He suffered a severe case of wanderlust from an early age and always looked for opportunities to combine work with his love for adventure and travel. Teaching skiing in Japan, diving the Great Barrier Reef, or guiding expeditions to Antarctica became ‘another day at the office’. James is a former instructor with the Canadian Yachting Association, an RYA Yacht Master Offshore captain and just celebrated his 25th anniversary as a PADI scuba instructor. With over 5 years of experience in the British Virgin Islands, James knows every inch of this paradise, both on and below the waves.
James also had a 20+ year career in hospitality and tourism, including operating his restaurant in Ontario. With his experience in hospitality and as captain and crew in various locations around the world, James knows how to approach charters with high standards of care and safety. He is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to upholding the highest standards of maritime excellence.
CHEF/MATE MARIA (ONLY JUNE & JULY)
Marie was born in the Dominican Republic. In her teenage years, she moved to Italy where she studied languages. She worked as an interpreter/translator along with Web Marketing. Marie also loved cooking part-time in restaurants, where she found herself in tune with her soul and real nature. In 2010 she revolutionized her life by changing profession and started cooking on yachts in the US and British Virgin Islands.
Now she is a professional Chef, graduated with Merit in Devon-England at Ashburton Chefs Academy. Marie is a superstar in the galley specializing in tasting Italian, European, North American, Spanish Caribbean cuisine with a flair for unique presentation and gracious service. She gives her best when inspiration launches her at new “Marie’s Creations”, which are very original, tasty dishes, resulting from passionate research into new ways to satisfy the most refined palates.
Marie has a passion for client service detail and loves to deliver those special touches that bring smiles to all her guests. You will be asking for her amazing recipes when you reluctantly leave Marie’s kitchen. She speaks English, Italian, Spanish, and French but is best versed in the language of excellent service and tasty fun.
STEWARDESS JADINE
Jadine grew up in a quaint town near Johannesburg, South Africa where she spent weekends boating and doing water sports. She also spent many fun times in the Seychelles where she developed a love of the sea – snorkeling, deep sea fishing, and exploring the islands’ breathtaking beaches. Jadine now holds her personal watercraft licenses as well as the RYA powerboat level 2 license and is eager to lend a hand with all onboard water sports activities.
During her school years, she danced competitively for four years. Her dedication to the sport and its long and demanding hours gave her self-discipline, and a great work ethic, and taught her the value of teamwork, which she carries into all aspects of her life. Jadine attended the Super Yacht Training Academy in Cape Town South Africa, completing both Stewardess and Deck Hand components. During the Bartender and Barista course, she discovered her passion for mixology and looks forward to sharing her creative cocktails with guests! She is friendly, hard-working, and eager to be successful in her chosen field.
She looks forward to meeting guests onboard SEVEN and making their stay a memorable and enjoyable one.
