Tell Us What You Need
Where would you like to go on charter? What dates would suit you? How many people will be in your group? Which activities/water toys are important to you? What is your budget? How will the crew deal with allergies in meals?
Let Us Research
We will search a large database of yachts that are available for the dates that you require. We will go through and choose the yachts that meet all your preferences. We then prepare a quote to send to you via email. The quote will detail the cost, interior/exterior photos, video, amenities, water toys, crew information, sample menu, reviews, and a sample itinerary for each recommended yacht.
Here at Epic, we attend various boat shows throughout the year, where we view the yachts and meet the crew. We will only recommend a yacht to you that we are truly satisfied with and know will provide an amazing charter for you. Ask us any questions before deciding on which yacht you would like for your EPIC Yacht Charter.
Contract and Deposit
After we have helped you choose the perfect yacht for your charter, we will draw up a contract and send this to you electronically for signature. This will need to be signed by you and sent back to us along with the deposit within 48 hours to secure the yacht. We will also require a copy of the lead charterers passport.
The deposit will be 50% of the charter rate to confirm the charter. The balance plus the advance provisioning allowance (APA) and the VAT is due 6 weeks out. All payments are to be made in Euros.
Charter Confirmed
Once we have received the signed contract and deposit from you we will send the contract to the yacht Clearing House and owner for signature. Once we have this returned to us signed by all parties, we will send you your fully executed contract. Now your Epic Yacht Charter is confirmed.
Payments
We will invoice you 6 weeks before your charter with final payment details. This will include the next 50% of the charter rate, VAT and your advanced provisioning allowance (APA). All payments are to be made in Euros.
Preference Sheets
Around 2 months before your charter we will send you your preference sheets to be completed. This is your opportunity to list all your likes and dislikes and any allergies anyone in your group may have. You will also receive a link so that you can go online and order the drinks you would like to have onboard.
2-3 weeks before your charter we will set up a WhatsApp group which will include yourself, your Epic charter specialist and the crew of the yacht. This is so we can all communicate and answer any questions you may have. We can provide samples of itineraries and if there are specific places you want to visit, we will ask the captain to look over this and confirm. The final itinerary will be weather dependent also.

Team Epic is available anytime to help you with any questions you may have about your crewed yacht charter. We are happy to help and advise you with the best way to get to your crewed yacht, recommend hotels to stay in the night before or after your trip, help with trip insurance, advise you on what to pack, and anything else you can think of.
