CAPTAIN HELENE
Helene was born in Greece in 1981. She has worked in the yachting industry already for the past 17 years on various sailing and motor yachts, from 28 to 60 feet in length, with a total of 100,000 nautical miles accumulated.
During the summer months, she is usually employed as a Skipper on various charter vessels. Throughout the winter months, she is involved in managing the yacht maintenance and repair schedules for private and charter yachts. She is ambitious, hard-working, and responsible in her work taking safety on her yacht to another level! She is a team player with an open smile and attitude, making everyone feel safe and comfortable immediately! She loves to interact with her guests and show them the beauty of the Greek islands.
She speaks Greek and English.
CHEF ILIANA
Iliana was born in 1989 in Athens, and she has been working in the yachting industry for the last 4 years as a cook–stewardess on charter yachts. Her love for nature and sailing made her take the chance to follow her dad’s steps as a sailor. She has worked as a cook and chef assistant in restaurants for several years, but her passion is cooking while traveling on these magnificent Greek islands. She enjoys going to local markets and choosing fresh products that reflect the flavors of each place she visits.
She cooks Greek – Mediterranean and international cuisine. She is experienced also, as a barista and bartender. She speaks fluent English. She also has studied cinematography and when she’s not cooking on board for her clients, she participates in theatre plays. Art is an integral part of her life.
STEWARDESS POLY
Poly brings a wealth of hospitality experience to the TiAmo crew, having spent the last two seasons as a hostess on motor yachts. In the winter months, she honed her skills as a head waitress and shift responsible in Athens’ bustling restaurant scene. Prior to her yachting career, Poly worked in various hotels, learning everything there is in hotel service, and refining her customer service expertise. Armed with a Le Monde certificate in Food & Beverage Management from Athens, she is adept at ensuring seamless guest experiences and satisfaction. She is efficient, organized, a team player and adaptable. Fluent in both Greek and English, Poly’s versatile communication skills and extensive background in hospitality make her a valuable asset aboard TiAmo for the upcoming season.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- VAT and taxes
- All other daily expenses will be covered with an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA). This is typically 25%-40% of the charter fee, which can vary according to the yacht type, itinerary, and possible charter requests and requirements. The APA payment is collected with the final balance
- APA expenses include fuel for both the yacht and tender, provisions, marina fees, moorings, airport transfers, cruising permits, canal fees, scuba diving, onshore excursions, electronic communications, and local taxes
- Your yacht will be fully fuelled and provisioned, according to your preferences, when you step onboard. The Captain will keep all receipts, along with a running log of expenses, which can be viewed at any time during your charter
- Any APA that has not been spent will be returned to you at the end of the charter. If expenses exceed the APA during your charter, additional funds will need to be submitted. Your captain will update and advise you if any further payment is required. This will need to be paid before you disembark
- Crew Gratuity is separate and is typically 10%-15% of the charter rate. This should be given to your captain at the end of your charter

Stewardess - you make the most amazing drinks. I am not usually one for cocktails but your drinks with fantastic. The Greatest Experience
This was one of the greatest experiences of my life, and none of it - not a single part of it would’ve been possible without you guys. I’m incredibly shocked and grateful for everything you’ve done for us these past 12 days. You’ve cooked some of the best food we have ever had now that I have your recipes, I can make it for myself! Captain, our faithful leader, through 40 knot winds. Stewardess has probably refilled my water glass 3000 times! You three are some of the most dedicated people I’ve met, but more importantly you are full of so much joy and laughter. It’s been a pleasure to spend the last 2 weeks with you. I can’t tell you how much I will miss this boat and each of you.

Spectacular
Our trip was nothing short as spectacular. From when we stepped on board, we received unparalleled service and hospitality. Captain was exceptionally skilled and navigated the small spots in the port and picturesque coes with ease. Chef made us the most incredible meals that will always leave us hoping we can re-create the same dishes. Everyone was left feeling happy and full. Stewardess was attentive gracious and always friendly, dedicated to providing top-notch service and made the most fabulous drinks. This trip was a dream! We loved every aspect of our 7 day journey, from the excellent service, delicious food and breathtaking beauty of the boat and Greece.

Unforgettable
There are no words that can describe an amazing trip, Roger and I had. It’s our best trip we’ve ever had. When booking the trip we never thought that we’d walk away with three new friends. The captain was amazing we were taken to some amazing places - we were able to go to all the places we wanted. We had the best chef we have ever experienced - be careful we may take her home! All the crew were amazing, we never wanted for anything because they were already there with a cocktail, towel and a smile. The islands were amazing, beautiful out of this world, but the crew made them that way and I will remember them more than anything. We will be back and I can’t wait to see what you have to show us. The boat was amazing. It felt like we were with good friends and enjoying life. Unforgettable.

Amazing Crew
This is such a beautiful boat, but by far best part of the trip was the amazing crew! You all exceeded every expectation.
