The East Mediterranean multi hull charter yacht show took place on the beautiful island of Poros April 29 – May 2nd. This island has certainly retained its authentic Greek charm and traditional character. Read more about Poros on our Saronic Island Itinerary.
The second show, Mediterranean Yacht show, was straight afterwards from May 3 – 7. This is the largest crewed yacht charter show in the world based in the town of Nafplion.
Akasti
🛥️ 87ft 🙎 8 Guests 🛏️ Master King Suite, 2 Queen, 1 Twin convertible to Queen
👨✈️ 4 Crew 💶 Weekly From €62,000 plus expenses and VAT
Akasti is a beautiful 87ft motor yacht built by San Lorenzo in 2024. I went and visited her at the Mediterranean Charter yacht Show in Nafplio and was super impressed. From the moment I stepped onboard, Stewardess Alina was so welcoming and warm and she was so excited to show me around.
The large windows in the main salon bring the outside in, and paired with natural tones from the wood, soft furnishings and accesssories, it makes for a calming, relaxing space. The cabins are beautifully appointed; modern, bright and cosy with luxurious linens and high end amenities. On the exterior, the flybridge offers a dinning and lounging area with 360 views; here you can enjoy being in the sun or the shade. The bow has seating and a table, great for cocktails at sunset. A beautiful dining table on the aft deck is perfect for meals, or you have the option of eating at the formal dining table in the main salon.
You will be in for a treat with Chef Dimitris onboard. He was in the semi finals of Greece Master Chef in 2023 and is incredible. I sampled some of his fresh bread that he bakes every day on charter. Captain Pantelis and Deckhand Robert were an absolute joy to speak to. This crew really stood out to me; they are all so very proud to be working on this beautiful yacht.
Alexandra II
🛥️ 67ft 🙎 8 Guests 🛏️ Master King Suite, 3 Queen 💦 Jacuzzi
👨✈️ 4 Crew 💶 Weekly From €32,500 plus expenses and VAT
Alexandra II is a 2022 Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamaran, captained by the wonderful Evan, with support of his crew Alexazndros, Michael, and Henry. This yacht is a great example of a 67ft FP; maintained to a high standard and has the luxury amenities you would expect from a yacht of this size; including a Jacuzzi on the foredeck. The vast flybridge, complete with grill and bar area, is ideal for relaxing with a cocktail or watching the sunset with an appetizer. What really stood out was the amazing crew; warm, friendly, professional and all work well together. Captain Evan is highly experienced and has extensive knowledge of the iaslands to give you a curated experience. When I went onboard the crew were showcasing one of their theme nights they have on charter; I stepped into a 70s disco complete with mirror ball and smoke machine!

The new Fountaine 80ft is certainly a head turner. The modern main salon has large windows bringing in plenty of natural light, carefully crafted wood ceilings, a bar and a plush seating area.
The wood design follows down to the master suite, complete with large bathroom and closet space. The other 4 queen cabins continue to impress, oozing with luxury and cosiness.
The deck space on this yacht is vast. The aft deck has large sofas and a beautiful dining table. Follow the elegant steps up to a stunning flybridge, with additional dining area and more comfortable seating. The foredeck has sunbeds, a jacuzzi, even more relaxing space. The unique feature on the FP 80 is the addition of the 9ft long balcony that folds out on each side of the cockpit, creating a totally new relaxation spot. Perfect for reading a book or sipping on a cocktail. Captain George runs a great crew and it is evident they all love what they do with him as a leader.

TiAmo
🛥️ 54ft 🙎 8 Guests 🛏️ Master King Suite, 3 Queen
👨✈️ 3 Crew 💶 Weekly From €21,000 plus expenses and VAT
This was one of my favourite yachts from the show in 2024, but I just had to mention again! With a full beam master suit and 3 additional queen cabins, this beautiful power catamaran packs a punch. Beautifully maintained and immaculate throughout, this crew work hard to keep her looking pristine. I can not say enough about Captain Helen, Chef Iliana and Stewardess Marina; these ladies make any charter on TiAmo, exploring Greece, an amazing one. Knowledgable, experienced and so much fun, they make the perfect trio! I have clients going onboard in July and am super excited for them!

We all had the most incredible time onboard with you! All the crew were just amazing you were always so kind and caring for each one of us! Captains suggestions of ports were perfect and we feel like we have all fallen in love with the real Greece! Was fabulous taking us on little trips to explore caves along the shore in the rib! Everywhere was a real adventure – we are all so sad to be leaving you! Good luck to all of you and we will be sure to cross paths again someday!
