WOW...what an unforgettable 8 days in the British Virgin Islands! Our group of seven had the absolute best time aboard the Awatea catamaran! The crew were wonderful hosts and so accommodating. They really are true professionals and enjoy taking care of their guests.
Every day felt like a postcard—turquoise water, hidden coves, incredible snorkeling, beach bars, island hopping, and sunsets that didn't even look real. We swam with sea turtles, ate like we were in a fine dining establishment, laughed until our stomachs hurt, soaked up the sunshine, and made memories we'll be talking about for years.


The catamaran was beautiful, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out, relax, or hang out together. I loved the sustainability efforts with the fresh herbs and solar panels, and nothing went to waste. There was never a dull moment, but it was also the perfect place to kick back with a drink and enjoy the amazing views. There was Wi-Fi available, if we needed it. This allowed us to keep in contact with our loved ones back home and to share the experiences in real time.


One of the unexpected highlights was having front row seats to the 2026 BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival. I had never experienced something like this before and it took my breath away.


The best part was being able to unplug and enjoy the experience. Every day brought a new island, another amazing place to explore, see and do new things some of us had never done. Every stop seemed better than the last, and the entire experience was seamless from beginning to end.
If you're even thinking about chartering a catamaran in the BVI—DO IT with Awatea! It's the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and nonstop fun. This wasn't just a vacation; it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. Easy 5 stars, and we will always remember this amazing trip!

Thank you so much for making our family vacation dreams come true. This week has been truly magical We have felt so lucky that our family has been able to join yours and share our special memories with you all. You all have been so kind, thoughtful and FUN! It will be impossible to pick a favourite moment because all of our adventures were so magical. We loved swimming and playing on and off the boat. We had so many fun times on the sun chill and trampolines, the paddle board, and - a new fav - the e-foil. We loved spending time on the sandy beaches, swimming and snorkeling finding shells, and enjoying our ‘usual’ cocktail. We truly felt the love with each delicious meal. Compliments to the chef! We will always remember how kind and amazing you have been with the kids. Thank you for playing with them, chatting with them…and listening…and listening some more. Thank you for taking them on the e-foil, making them kid cocktails, creating a special movie night (or 2), and showing them all the magic of the BVI. It will be hard to rejoin the cold world of New England where shoes are required. We all wish we could stay with your family longer. Our home in Maine or Massachusetts is forever open to you all. We hope we can one day share the wonder of playing in the snow, tubing and skiing, exploring the frozen lake and eating icicles. We’re not sure it compares to swimming with turtles, but we would be honoured to try to return the favour. Thank you so very much for a truly once in a lifetime (but hopefully not actually) experience.

All of the New Yorkers and two Floridians had an experience we will never forget.

From the snorkeling in various spots, the baths and cutting people in line, the various bars, hikes and the awesome water sports — it was amazing. The last day of water sports was an amazing memory we love you all and thank you for the most amazing trip of a lifetime.

We may need the invite to Jay & Daniela’s wedding for more adventures in our hearts and memories. We love you and you forever have places to visit in New York & Florida.

Our week of sailing was absolutely amazing! From the delicious food, endless drinks and conversation to the gorgeous water and snorkeling spots. Chef was adaptable to all our needs and pivoted her menu just for us.
I'm a unique client with a unique health background needing extra attention, and she just understood immediately. She is not just a chef, she loves nutrition, healthy, and nourishing food that is beautiful and delicious.
Know you are in good hands. Just bring your swimsuits, sunscreen and openness to explore, then relax and enjoy!

What a week! We cannot begin to thank you for your exceptional hospitality. From the incredible snorkeling to the delicious meals, you went above and beyond to make this the most memorable trip for our families. We had an amazing trip aboard Blessed. My 3 daughters and my wife went for a week. The Captain/crew/staff were absolutely amazing. The food served on the boat could not have been better. The layout and choices of sites to see was spectacular. The perfect trip!!

This trip was an amazing time with our family on an amazing boat with the most wonderful crew! The crew made the trip - the amazing meals, their grace, care for us and the boat and hospitality were just wonderful! We cannot thank them and feel spoiled by the entire experience.

Our trip is beyond what I can express here. BVI Charter Vacation has been on my wish list for years & all of you brought my wish to reality. Reverie is a floating “four seasons”, but what was way beyond my expectations is the three of you. Thoroughly enjoyed how you work as a team, your warmth, kindness and humor. The drinks & smiles always brightened our days. The chef's culinary talents are amazing. Every dish was a pleasure to watch you display your skills and share your knowledge and life stories. We just returned from an incredible eight-night charter aboard Aura, and it exceeded our expectations. The crew was simply exceptional.

Captain is a walking encyclopaedia of the British Virgin Islands and all of its hidden gems. What impressed us most was how quickly he got to know our family and tailored every recommendation, conversation, and itinerary to what we enjoyed most. He created so many unforgettable moments throughout the trip.

He also had endless patience with our teenage boys, teaching them about sailing, anchoring, navigation, and operating the yacht. It was a truly special experience for them to learn in a hands on environment. While he has an easygoing personality, he also brings a thoughtful, conservative, and highly professional approach to yachting that gave us complete confidence--an approach that I love and respect. Every detail of our itinerary was carefully planned.

Chef was amazing. We're still not sure how one person can accomplish everything she did, but wow! Every day began with incredible breakfasts, followed by delicious lunches, amazing snacks, and spectacular three-course dinners that surpassed many of the best restaurants we've experienced. She clearly loves what she does, and her passion shines through in every meal and every interaction. Her warm personality made every dining experience even more enjoyable. The fresh-baked cookies seemed to disappear within minutes—only for another batch to magically appear later! We'll probably be on a diet for the next year, but every bite was worth it. We also enjoyed the South African dishes she prepared, which were both unique and delicious.

Thank you again for all the wonderful moments. From the unforgettable night snorkel with Captain to late-night games with the crew and the exceptional hospitality we experienced every single day, every moment felt special. The entire crew made us feel like family!
Returning to the real world is going to be a challenge!

We had an incredible experience aboard Tru North in the BVI.

The Captain was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He always made sure we knew how the day was planned and never minded repeating things to keep everyone on the same page, which we really appreciated. We always felt safe and well taken care of.

The Chef truly exceeded my expectations. Every meal was exceptional — easily some of the best food we’ve had in the Caribbean. She even went the extra mile to accommodate preferences, making sure my meals were exactly how I like them (no vegetables), which really showed her attention to detail and care for guests.

The Deckhand was fantastic as well, handling everything from deckhand duties to housekeeping and drinks. He kept everything running smoothly at all times — and made sure the drinks kept coming one after the other. His service, energy, and attention to detail really stood out.

The yacht itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.

Overall, this was a first-class experience and one we would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a charter in the BVI.

The entire experience from the preference sheet review call, the trip, the communications until after the trip has been exceptional. The entire crew delivered beyond 100% customer service. They took such wonderful care of all of us, their amazing hospitality will always be cherished. The chef's skills in the kitchen were absolutely phenomenal, the food was so fresh and she went out of her way to cater to the dietary needs. We were blown away by every meal. The presentation was so fun, it was a team effort, we looked forward to every meal. The captain is an expert, he taught us so much, he catered to us in the water, keeping us safe, he's full of humor and also deserves recognition for his outstanding captain skills, he was so accommodating. The team all worked seamlessly together throughout the kitchen, cleaning, serving us, steering the boat, anchoring, etc. And lastly the newest addition yet you would never know, our stewardess, she was so sweet and took wonderful care of us, we all assumed she had been in her role for years. She was so attentive. We loved all three in no time, we called them the dream team. The boat was beautiful, clean, with so much space, we never felt crowded. We enjoyed many of the water toys as well. We will definitely plan another trip, the bar is set high now that we have spent time with the crew on the Do More.

We cannot thank you enough for such an amazing week! It couldn’t have been more perfect. Relaxing on the boat, beautiful beaches and coves, daily dive excursions, and yummy meals—it was the perfect family vacation. Thank you for making this such a special and memorable experience.
